Job Description: Insurance Sales Agent

Our office is rapidly expanding and we are looking for the right individual to join our growing company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. We partner with Century 21 Affiliated to aid their clients with their home insurance during the home closing process. This position would be responsible for making the introduction to our office and guiding the client through the home insurance process, with aid from our experienced team of sales representatives. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Guide Century 21’s clients through the home insurance process
- Generate insurance quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Write and send welcome emails with the branded policies to all new clients
- Answer incoming calls and warm transfer the calls to our carrier’s service teams
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, follow through and follow up. Must be able to follow a proven and successful program for helping our new clients
- Ability to use multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Exhibit a desire to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional client service
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, sense of initiative, positive attitude and leadership skills
